Island of Dyrland
The Island of Dyrland is a generic rules supplement for Role Playing Games. Rather than introduce yet another role playing system to the market I've created a very basic framework that you can build your own world upon.
This can be used with any current role playing game or even my own RPG system posted elsewhere on this site.
Dyrland (DIRE-land) is a large island subcontinent approximately 210,000 square miles in size. The island has many climates and terrains aimed at providing a framework to build a fantasy role playing game around.
This adventure setting isn’t tied to any single set of RPG rules. It contains all the locations, and major characters that you need to provide a base to begin using Dyrland as part of your own campaign. There is sufficient ambiguity in description to allow you to place your own NPCs and plot hooks into any location.
This adventure setting describes things in plain English. This makes it easy to translate into your favorite RPG system.
